Processing times

Jewelry:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.  Most items are pre made and therefore will ship out within 3 business days from when the order was placed.  If the item needs to be custom made for the order, you will receive a notice and will typically take 5 business days to ship. 

If you desire to have an item shipped 2nd day or overnighted, contact me at jessica@jessicasharp.com and the request will be made.

Artworks:

All paintings and art work bought will require a 3 week shipping period from when the sale was made.  Additional fees for crating and shipping will apply based on location being shipped to and size. Once the order is place I will be in contact with you for details. 

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges and store credits are accepted up to 15 days after receiving the item(s) on non-sale items. If there is a problem with an order, or product is received damaged, please contact me.

If an exchanged or credit is desired, please contact me within 15 days of delivery via jessica@jessicasharp.com to receive a return authorization number.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. The unwanted item must be sent back unworn and in original packaging. 

I do not accept cancellations or returns on custom orders.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order, and we will work to resolve any issue.

Damaged items:

If any item is delivered damaged, contact me and a shipping label will be created for and emailed to you.  I will repair and return the piece to you asap.

If any item breaks with normal wear and tear within 30 days of receiving, a shipping label will be created for and emailed to you and I will repair and return the piece to you asap.

If you have a piece and it breaks after 30 days of owning it, I will gladly repair and send back to you with. Please contact me before sending, you will be responsible for shipping it to me and a small repair fee based on the damage.  Which I will notify you of before the work is done.  I will ship it back to you without charge.
